Spiritual

 I just started on the path. Does spirituality has to do with religion? I would like to hear anybody's input.

It could be religion for some people, but not necessary. It could be meditation and yoga. All religions have different information, methods, and practices, but all have the same goal in mind. You can even combine them. It doesn't matter. You can try whatever works for you the best. Namaste.

 What I found out about the different religion is that they all have similar ideas. I study the bible, koran, torah, since I major in religion. Why study one book when you can study all of them to increase your knowledge. You will find out they have the same message. That's the way I look at it. Recently, I looked into Buddhism and realized it has the same message, but less conceptual, that's my 2 cents. Do what your heart's desire. Peace

Here is my share that I use on my path. I spend time in Nature, meditate, being vegan, and listen to Echart Tolle, Hicks, and other.
