i just came across this site today and i wanted to let you know how lovely i think it is.

i have shared a link to it on my facebook account, as i have a few friends who are into spirituality and i think they would love it!!!

i am looking forward to using this site and think i will use it fairly regular. i started meditation around 9 months ago, but i started buddhist meditation class and have really taken to it. i also use the hayhouse website and radio station, which i have noticed links too:-)

looking forward to chatting to a few people with similar interests:-)
