I have been working in the city, now looking for a place out of the city for a good meditation spot. I would like to share my experiences the best places for me de-stressing and put my mind at ease. Here is the places that helped me.
Sunset in the morning,
On the beach in a less busy day,
Local park, best for immediate relief during lunch breaks,
Nigara falls, very good place to cleanse like sounds of the waterfall,
Sedona, Arizona,
Meditation retreats if new to meditation.
Last, Ala Kukui, Hawaii
