Sunset Meditation


1. Find a time in day when the sun is going down. Stand facing west towards the setting sun. Feel all your emotions emerge. Contemplate that everything is impermanent, including your depression and mistakes you made.

2. As the sun goes down on the horizon, imagine of your emotion and depression go down with the sun. Release all the bad feeling and hurt, so you can heal.

3. Now when the sun disappear from the view, imagine your mind and body is clean. You can contemplate you are anew and revitalize.
