I've been depressed lately. Just got divorced. I don't know how to overcome it. Anyone know any therapy that might help?
I went through depression from a bitter divorce before so I know how to overcome it. You can try to look at the bright side of things. Time can be an asset. You can talk to your close friends or family to relieve the depression. Take a walk to park and do some yoga. Learn how to become more independent. You can try talking to a life counselor or coach. If it is recent, give it some time.
Depression can be very difficult to overcome depending how much emotion is invested into the relationship. You can find therapists, counselors, and healers to help. One effective way I use is, I watch a lot of comedy movies or TV shows. Exercise helps also.
