I've been doing meditation recently before going to work. I meditate 20 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes after work. It's a stress reliever. Recommended for all the folks.

Yeah, it really does justice. I have been meditating for 10 years and what I noticed when I skip a day of meditating; I have a tendency to be in a bad mood. My job in Wall St. is very demanding of me. Meditation brings a lot of focus and peace of mind.
