Fire Meditation


1. Build a fire in your fireplace or barbecue. Sit in your cushion at your meditation space nearby.

2. Reflect and review all the things you regret and shame about. Put it on a list.

3. Imagine your higher self is next to you. Try to express fully of all things you regret. You imagine your high self is accepting you and understand you fully.

4. Now you can throw the list into the fire. As you see the list is burning, all the regrets and shame go away. You are purifying yourself. After that, you are considering on how I can replace my bad habits with good ones. You can contemplate that you are going to do better and committed to a positive way of living.
