1. Sit in your cushion at your meditation space. Take some deep breaths for a few minutes. Have a light blanket on you if you need one.
2. Reflect all your emotions, feelings, and bad things that happened to you in the past like anger towards someone, bad relationships, humiliation, violence and etc. Just observe them. Imagine you have a suitcase and imagine all those emotions are in that baggage.
3. Contemplate on the baggage if it has a purpose to serve you now and the future. If not, just drop the baggage. You will notice, you will start to feel lighter. Put this in your daily practice and you will feel better.
