Mother Earth Meditation

 

1. Find time when the weather is comfortable.

2. Go outside barefooted and wear loose clothing.

3. Get to a place where it is grassy because you want to feel  Mother Earth as much as possible.

4. Feel the energy around you energizing you.

5. Imagine the Mother Earth energy is flowing from your feet up to the spine and up to the head.

6. Stand there as long as you like. Stretch if you want and feel it rejuvenate your body and mind.
