Parents Meditation

1. Sit in your cushion at your meditation space. Place photos of your parents at your altar. Light a candle and meditate a few minutes. Ask for your high self to sit alongside of you and introduce him or her to parents.

2. Allow any feelings to emerge and ask your higher self to help you heal your relationships with your parents. Ask your higher self to give you new ways to have a more peaceful relationship with your mother and father.

3. Recollect all the good qualities about your parents and ask that you accept and love them exactly as they are. Send good feelings for them and that they did the best consciously or unconsciously of parenting you.

4. Now, you close your meditation by committing to honor your parents and relationship.
