1. Sit in your cushion at your meditation space. Light a candle on your altar.
2. Reflect on your hatred and emotions towards others. Think of a time when you are full of hatred and anger. Did you say hurtful words to someone? Were you violent? Did you just lost it? Just reflect.
3. Forgive yourself of the things you did in the past. Let them go and start anew. You realize that peace can't be achieved unless it starts with yourself. Bring peace into your being now and continue to practice it. Then extends that towards your family, friends, people, and life. You are committed you are going to be more tolerant, peaceful in your actions and put it in your daily practice.
