1. Sit in your cushion at your meditation space. Place photos of your siblings at your altar. Light a candle and meditate a few minutes. Ask for your high self to sit alongside of you and introduce him or her to siblings.
2. Allow any feelings to emerge and ask your higher self to help you heal your relationships with your siblings. Ask your higher self to give you new ways to have a more peaceful relationship with your siblings.
3. Recollect all the good qualities about your siblings and ask that you accept and love them exactly as they are.
4.Now, you close your meditation by committing to honor your siblings and relationship.
