Chi is the universal life force energy that exist in everything, recognized as the balance of Yin and Yang (male and female, positive and negative, electromagnetic energy), which flows through in all creation.  Everything in creation is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color. The existence of electromagnetic fields around every object in the world, known as an Aura. Chi is the foundation of many practices such as Tai Chi, Massage, Yoga, Martial Arts, Reiki, Feng Shui and Acupressure. There are benefits about learning how Chi works through our body. When Chi is correctly harness, you are balanced, focused and in good health. Chi unites body, mind and spirit. In a sense, you are a complete person, but in order for this to happen, you need to understand how Chi flows through the chakra system.

   Chakra meaning wheel, or vortex. There are seven chakras of which our consciousness is composed. These energy centers function as pumps, regulating the flow of energy through our chakra systems. Chakras are link to sound, light and color. If a Chakra becomes blocked, specific emotional and physical problems begin. To heal the body, mind and spirit, is to bring the chakras into alignment and balance starting from the first root chakra to the crown chakra.

Chakras - their Color Frequencies and Vibration:

		1. Root Chakra - Location is at the base of the spine. Description - Grounding, stability, physical needs, security, survival, manifestation, material world.
		2. Sacral Chakra - Location is beneath the navel. Description - Emotions, relationships, sexuality, self worth, creativity, empathy.
		3. Solar Plexus - Location is the pancreas and outer adrenal glands. Description - Personal power, will, energy, metabolism, effectiveness, self esteem, social identity, happiness.
		4. Heart Chakra - Location is Thymus. Description - Love, understanding, trust, hope, openness, compassion, balance, forgiveness.
		5. Throat Chakra - Location is parallel the thyroid gland. Description - Communication, sound, vibration, self-Expression, listening, speaking, writing.
		6. Third Eye - Location is pineal gland. Description - Psychic abilities, channeling, telepathy, astral travel, visions, connections to higher self.
		7. Crown Chakra - Location is top of head. Description - Universal consciousness, all knowing, cosmic connection, the god source, enlightenment, gateway to other dimensions.
